Learn to Play / House
Welcome to the learn to play / house page. This division is intended for first time hockey players who already know how to skate. It is recommended that players have completed some level of learn to skate and / or can skate on their own without help.
Ages
This is open to all ages starting at age 4 up to age 14.
When
This will be divided into 2 sessions.
Session 1 - Sept 8th - Nov 19th
Session 2 - Dec 1st - Feb 25th
Where
All practices are held at the Rose Garden Ice Arena in Norwich CT.
Practices
The House team practices 2 times a week for 1 hour.
These practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6 pm. The Norwich Hockey Ladies Team will be helping with the practices.
When the players are ready, they will hold 1 home game on the weekends.
Jerseys
Sublimation Printed reverseable jerseys are included.
2026-27 House Program Session1
This registration is for the Learn to Play / House Team for players with the birth years of 2012 through 2022. A 2026-2027 USA Hockey confirmation number will be required once USA hockey opens up registration.
The house program will be split up into 2 sessions. Session 1 will be from Sept 8th - Nov 19th. Session 2 will be from Dec 1st - Feb 25th.
Pricing:
Session 1 - $600
Session 2 - $660
Both Sessions - $1000
