A. The Board meets once a month, and anyone is welcome to attend the scheduled meetings.

A. Meetings are held in the conference room located at RoseGarden Arena.

A. Meeting times vary based on the agenda but typically last up to 2 hours.
Q. How can I run for a Board position?
A. Anyone can run for a Board position. You will need an active Board of Directors (BoD) member to nominate you.
Q. When do nominations occur?
A. Nominations occur in February for the next season. A letter of intent is required.
Q. What is required to be eligible for a vote?
A. The Board requires that all nominees present their intent in person to be eligible for a vote.
